RSVP by hitting the “Thumbs Up” button so we can get an idea of how many will be coming. The National Cornbread Festival is an annual event in So Pittsburg, TN. Home of the Lodge Cast Iron factory. The route to So Pittsburg will be about 3ish hours (114 miles) of curvy roads mixed with some more populated roads and at least 1 stop. This is a super fun festival with vendors, food trucks, music, carnival and of course cornbread. There is no set plan once there and you can experience the festival however you choose. Admission is $10.00 and there will be parking throughout the area with shuttles as well. As with any populated event, there is no way to determine exactly where we will be parking the bikes, so keep an open mind as we might not all be next to each other. The thought is to explore the food and entertainment at the festival for a few hours leaving about 2pm. If you want to stay longer or leave earlier, that is OK too. Please just let one of the road captains know so we don't leave without you by mistake. Since we are 7 miles from the Marion County Courthouse in Jasper, TN......we could ride over there and take a group photo with our banner for the County Seat Challenge. For time's sake, the road home will be I-24 (highway) most of the way.
Open Event: This event is open to Chapter members, National H.O.G. members and other guests as desired.
